Solar Installation
This recent project involved the installation of a comprehensive solar PV (photovoltaic) and battery system for a detached country residential property located in Bride. The system was meticulously designed to meet the specific energy needs of the homeowner and to provide maximum savings while providing resilience against grid power outages.
Laxey Extension
This beautiful new extension in Laxey provided a spacious kitchen and garage to enhance a family home. After detailed consultation with the client, we designed and completed the full electrical installation, tailored to meet their specific needs. Every aspect of the project adhered to the latest standards for the requirements of electrical installations, ensuring a reliable and efficient electrical system that seamlessly integrates into their daily life.
House Refurbishment
A completed project of a refurbished bungalow in Ramsey. This was a complete rewire of the property and included relocating the meter and main consumer unit. Data cabling with a central patch panel and TV /Satellite cabling was also installed to provide a modern home.
Smarthome Control
We originally installed the KNX system in this home back in 2009. After a change in ownership, the new homeowners requested an upgrade to the kitchen’s control panel. We provided a modern Control Touch IP Server, enabling seamless control of the home’s functions via a tablet or smartphone—even remotely. Additionally, we installed an iPad in a sleek, wall-mounted frame in the kitchen, offering easy access to smart home controls in a stylish setup.
